Fellow (FICCP)
For professionals with significant experience and in-depth knowledge of construction claims.
Applicants should meet the criteria listed in Route A.
*Fee Concessions: Applicants who reside in certain qualifying countries are offered a 50% fee concession on all fees and will pay just £130/year + £70 application fee.
ROUTE A
REQUIREMENTS- A recognised qualification in a construction industry subject
- A minimum of Member level membership of an appropriate professional institute or institutes within the construction industry
- A minimum of 20 years' experience working within the construction industry
- And applicant must demonstrate one of the following:
- Either a minimum of 10 years’ experience dealing with claims as part of general job requirements
- Or a minimum of 5 years' where the job role demanded that a significant amount of time is spent dealing with claims
Fellows must also commit to actively support the institute and must contribute at least one of the following per year:
- Serve on the ICCP Steering Committee
- Provide at least one paper, case study, presentation or article for inclusion in the Knowledge Zone of the Member’s Area per year
- Deliver at least one CPD webinar to members per year
- Provide a minimum of one presentation at institute seminars or conferences per year

- PDF copy of your CV
- PDF copies of your qualifications and professional institute memberships
Conditions of your application submission
- Applications must be submitted exactly as indicated in the guidelines above.
- Applications that do not comply with these guidelines will need to be re-submitted which will delay the approval process.
- Each document must be submitted as a separate PDF document.
We will advise you of the results of your application within 7 business days. If your qualifications and/or experience do not match the criteria of the membership level applied for, we will advise you which membership level would be more suitable and refund any overpaid membership fees.
If your application does not meet the criteria for membership we will refund your membership fee but regret to advise that the application fee may not be refunded.
Please arrange for a suitably qualified referee to sign all pages of your Member Application Form, Details of Claims Experience Form, CV and copies of your Continual Professional Development records. Your nominated referee must also complete the Referee Endorsement Form on your behalf.
